Aku tambah dgn CEREAL MILO..
Lagi la mengancam rasenye...haha
Terus rase perut kembali terisi setelah 3 Jam ++ dikosongkan...huhu
Kalau minum mase breakfast, perut akan terasa terisi smp jam 12noon..huhu
