Semalam aku nmpk mcm ade a few packet serunding daging and ikan yg mcm x berusik lg..So tny my MIL kot2 ade nk buat ape2 x dgn serunding tuh..Kalo xde..baik aku kerjakan..kiki..
Makanya...Siang tadi..my FIL keluar g belikn kulit popiah utk aku buat ini :

~ Inti Serunding Ikan ~
Mula lepas Zohor..then pkol 3.30pm aku stop kejab smp jam 5pm..Haha..Sambung buat lg smp abih 1 packet besar 40pcs potong jadi 10 bahagian.. pkol 6.10pm dh siap goreng dh..
Alhamdulillah..dapat la 1 balang suku...Terkejut my MIL sebab siap cepat sgt...haha..bukan susah pun...simpol2 je..dh jadi...Serunding pun dh sedia ada..lg la jimat masa + tenaga dkt situ...
In Shaa Allah esok kalo sempat..aku nak kerjakan serunding inti daging plk...byk2 duk dlm plastic tu pun bkn ade sape nk makan...Baik aku kerjakan jadi penambah kuih raya...kannn...huhu
Bila btau Hata aku nk buat popiah simpol...Senyum je..lepas tu cakap :
" Popiah simpol ok...kuih lidah buaya saya xmo.."
Boleh gitu???
Dulu kami pernah buat biskut/kuih lidah buaya..masa tu aku x pandai budget lg kalo buat sekilo tepung dpt brp byk...Skali buat sekilo...haaaaa..amik ko...menangis kami mengentel mende tu dr pg smp ke ptg..dkt 6 ke 7 dulang dapat hasilnya...Hasil dari tragedi tu..Hata mcm dh serik nk bersila skali dgn aku buat kuih lidah buaya tu..haha.
Next time kalo nk buat..Buat la 1/2 kg tepung je..Jgn gatal2 nk buat sekilo...haha
Kawan2 byk buat kuih raya???
