Tapi org cakap brokoli ni mcm berangin sikit...So aku selang2 bagi..2-3 days rules..huhu
11hb ni Ammar dah cukup 8 bulan..
So mgkn dh boleh start 2-3 titik olive oil dlm mknn Ammar...
