iftar : ayam kicap cili kering

As Salam

Hari tu teringin nk makan ayam kicap cili kering...Alhamdulillah berkesempatan nk buat...Senang sgt tau...Huhu..Meh aku share resepinya ya?

BAHAN PERAP AYAM :

1. Ayam - 6 ketul
2. Halia - 1 inci. ditumbuk halus
3. Serbuk kunyit - 1 sudu.
4. Garam - 1 sudu kecik.
5. Cili Giling - 3 sudu (ikut nk pedas mana)
6. Kicap pekat - 4-5 sudu.
7. Kicap lemak manis - 4-5sudu.

Gaul semua bahan smp sebati & perap selama 30 minit..

BAHAN GORENG :

1. Bawang Merah - 1 biji sederhana besar ( dihiris )
2. Bawang Putih - 3 ulas (dihiris )
3. Halia - 1 Inci ( dihiris )
4. Daun Kari - 4-5 tangkai
5. Kulit Kayu Manis - 1 btng sederhana
6. Bunga Lawang - 1 kuntum
7. Tomato - 1 biji ( potong 6 )
8. Cili Kering - 5-6 tangkai (potong)

CARA MASAK :

- Goreng kulit kayu manis & bunga lawang hingga main bau...
- Masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih, halia...Goreng smp naik bau..
- Masukkan daun kari, cili kering & tomato... goreng dalam seminit
- Masukkan ayam yg sudah diperap...
- Kecikkn api & tutup kuali dgn penutup supaya ayam well cooked...dalam 15-30 minit..
- Rase tahap masin,manis,masin & kepedasan..

SIAP!!!!

Anak2 aku enjoy jgk makan ayam kicap cili kering tu....
Tapi ayamnya aje la..Kuahnya idak..ekek
