Last week berpeluang kali ke 2 utk buat blood donation.. 1st time dulu dkt LRT AMPANG PARK ni jgk...Masa 1st time tu mmg mengeletar dia lain macam...huhu...Smpkn nurse suruh aku relax je sbb darah keluar laju sgt...huhu
Proses...Amik masa x smp pun 20 minit utk dptkn 1 bag...
Sblm derma tu doctor ade tny ttg side effect lps donate...Aku ckp mase lps donate tu aku pening sikit...So mase nk derma kali ke 2 ni nurse bg aku rehat lama sikit lepas selesai semua...
Lepas settle semua, aku dpt air kotak coklat, roti & biskut...Minum air kotak dkt situ jgk...yg lain aku bwk blk ofis sbb buat waktu lunch time...Lps tu dpt ubat ni..
Ubat tambah darah semula...ðŸ¤
Alhamdulillah berjaya utk kali ke 2...
