Entry : Ikan Cencaru Sambal..

Semalam kami ke TESCO mncari brng sikit sebab plan nk masak ikan cencaru sambal..1st time nak masak..beriya-iya mintak resepi pd my SIL..haha
Ikan Cencaru yg isi perutnya telah dipenuhi dgn sambal...
Ok..Masa aku nak blend cili & segala bahan, terjadi kes bekas blender aku bocor la pulak...udah x center dah..mujur la ade machine slicer che mek 4 tahun lepas...Dgn che mek sekali join..Hasilnya kasar sikit dari blender..tapi OK la..kiki

Around pkol 7pm gitu aku dh start goreng ikan ni sebab nk menggorengnya kene api yg sederhana sebab nak kasi sambal tu masak secukupnya..x masak kang risau sakit perut plk...huhu

Maka...hasil gorengan semalam adalah ini : 
Ikan Cencaru Sambal...

Alhamdulillah...
1st trial yg menjadi...tapi abih sekor jer..
Sekor lagi kami panaskan buat lauk bersahur tadi...haha
Then tumis sayur..Hata plk buat air sirap bandung...

Ok..Itu je menu berbuka hari pertama kami...Simple tapi tetap mengenyangkan..huhu


Korang menu ape plk???
