Jadi perkara yang sama mase preggy-kn si che mek..Disebabkn cuaca yg panas & x menentu...Ditambah plk diusia kandungan 34weeks, mmg berpeluh x kira tempat..
Sometime aku kena lapik tilam dgn kain batik sebab risau tilam bau kepam peluh aku..
Isnin hari tu, bangun tidur rase mcm gatal semacam je pipi & dahi aku..Bile tgk muka dkt cermin, amik ko...mcm baby ruam susu...pink2 butir2 halus gitu dkt pipi & dahi..
Dulu mase peknan-kan che mek pun jadi gini jgk...Muka dh la tembam..ditambah plk dgn ruam..Rase mcm anak2 sgt tau..huhu
Aku x rasa ada cara utk elak perkara ni jadi...Melainkn aku tidur dalam bilik yg ada AIR-COND..hoho
Pada aku as long as x melarat & memudaratkan..It's OK..
Takde la plk aku kena bergaru stp selang bbrp masa..
Kalau berpeluh lebih tu..jari2 ni smp jgk kesana...(pipi&dahi)..kiki
Ok..Itu je nk update...
