Mase dkt KB my MIL ade request mintak buatkan Asam Boi Kedondong...Mujur la buah kedondong dkt kebun my FIL tgh berbuah dgn jayanya...Maka dgn semangatnya pagi dlm pkol 10 lebih ajak Hata keluar g beli lauk utk lunch & selit sekali beli asam boi..
Smp rumah, lepas siap masak utk lunch (Hata pun masak jgk ye..kiki) aku pun duk la mengadap..mengupas buah kedondong..
Buah kedondong...
Garam sikit..
Gula 1 - 2 senduk..
4-5 biji cili padi ( ikut suka nk pedas mana)
Asam Boi..10 - 15 biji..
Dah siap semua, aku pun masukkn dlm balang & masuk dlm peti sejuk..Makan sejuk lagi menyengat rasanya..huhu
Ok...Next time boleh buat dkt kg perak plk..huhu...
