Hari Ahad lepas, aku melayan cite Kimchi Utk Awak yg dh keluar dkt ASTRO FIRST.. Lepas subuh mate mcm x bleh nk lelap...Guling kiri..Guling kanan, takde rase mengantuk jgk..So aku pun bangun, bawak sebakul kain yg belum berlipat & bawak ke depan TV sambil layan KUA...huhu
Anak2 bangun pkol 8.30am..That time baru aku masakkn kuey teow goreng utk breakfast. Lepas tu dlm pkol 10am pegi beli ketam..Tekak terliur tgk ketam masak lemak dalam cite KUA..huhu
Makanya, bersemangat la aku memasak...

Gulai lemak Ketam ni, aku buat pedas sikit..Sebab kalo x pedas mcm x Umphhhh plk kan?
Memandangkn anak2 aku pun suka gulai lemak kuning ni, makanya, aku kena masak 2 KALI... Sekali lauk ketam, sekali lagi masak lemak ayam TAK PEDAS...huhu
Alhamdulillah, tercapai jgk hasrat nk makan gulai lemak cili padi ketam ni...Ketam bukannya murah..2 ekor pun dah RM18....huhu..Sekali sekala nk makan ok la kot...ekek
