Hari Selasa lepas, aku terpaksa EL sbb hp aku buat hal... Semalaman charging...Esok paginya tengok battery takat tu jgk...Malah berkurangan...Aku pun pelik...Maka aku gunakan blk technical support skill yg aku tinggalkan 10 tahun lepas...Troubleshoot here & there but still x mnjadi...
Last2 aku syak usb port tu problem...Aku beli hp ni dgn Maxis...Dpt diskaun byk jgk tp ade contract 2 tahun...Aku byr harga fon je...Lepas Hata meeting, aku amik Ammar & trpaksa letak dkt rumah dgn Qaisara sbb x bleh 2 org dlm 1 kete kan...
Smp2 je Maxis, staff sane suruh aku pegi Samsung centre sbb warranty is under Samsung...Bistu Hata byr rm24/mth utk apoooo...Rupanya hanya cover utk total loss...😑
Then kami pun ke Samsung center dkt sane..Smp sana pkol 1.30pm...Ding dong ding dong pkol 1.40pm dpt pass fon to the staff...Katanya take time dlm 2 jam...Jadi aku decide utk tggu dkt lowyat je instead of blk rumah semula...
Tunggu punya tunggu punya tunggu...
Bila smp time aku pun tny kaunter svc ctr knp x dpt sms ckp device dh siap repair...Rupe2nya technician baru pegang device aku pkol 3pm...MasyaAllah...Penat dh nk tunggu ni...Last2 pkol 5.40pm baru siap...
