Jumaat, aku TERPAKSA amik MC bile jam 4am aku diserang sakit belakang yg amat..Nak bergerak ke kiri or kanan pun kena kejutkan Hata tolong gerakkan..Rase nak menangis..Terpaksa la jumpe doctor..
Doctor syak aku mcm x cukup kalsium..Dinasihatkan supaya memperbanyakkan pengambilan susu yg mncukupi..Aku jugak dinasihatkan utk membeli ini :
Aku beli dkt D.I.Y jer..Murah..RM9.90 kalo x silap..Beli jgk satu utk letak dlm kete...huhu
Aihhh...bile dh masuk 3 series ni...Macam2 suppliment kena amik..Harap2 nnt ade la rezeki nk amik suppliment lain...huhu
Seksanya rase sakit belakang..Takkan kena tukar tilam kot..huhu
