RESEPI : AYAM MASAK SAMBAL HIJAU

As Salam

Dah lama teringin nak masak menu ni sendiri..Tapi asyik la tak terbuat sebab ASYIKKKKK lupa nk beli cili hijau yg besar...Makanya hari tu rase teringin sgt..So terus pegi beli bahan mase lunch time...

Cara masak same je mcm masak terung sambal..Bezanya cuma warna cili & main course...Huhu

BAHAN-BAHAN :

  1. Ayam - 1/2 ekor 
  2. Cili Besar Hijau - 20 Biji - dipotong & dibuang biji kalau rajin...
  3. Cili padi - 5 biji ( kalau nak pedas )
  4. Bawang besar - 1 biji potong 6.
  5. Belacan - Besar syiling 5 sen.
  6. Air - 2-3 cawan.
  7. Garam - 1 sudu kecil
  8. Gula - 1 sudu 
  9. Cukup rasa - 1 sudu
  10. Minyak memasak.


CARA MASAK :

1. Goreng ayam hingga garing sedikit & ketepikan.
2. Blender kasar bahan 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6.
3. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan blender...
4. Sambil tu masukkan siap2 gula & garam..
5. Tumis sampai pecah minyak dan rasa.
6. Dah nampak sambal pecah minyak, masukkn ayam yang dah goreng...Gaul hingga rasa..

SIAP!!!!

Senang aje kan?
Disebabkan meks dah kurang rajin nak buat byk jenis lauk, so meks potong kentang mcm potato wedges, lepas tu goreng..Lepas tu mase gaul ayam dalam sambal, meks terjunkn sekali kentang2 tu...Huhu..

Ok la tu kan?
Jadila buat tambah2 menu masakan...Huhu
Tambah skill masakan jgk ni tau...
Mujur la Hata ckp sedap...Kalo tak...Hahaha
