Dah lama rasenya x makan peria tumis dgn telur nih...

Sedap wehhhhh...mkn lauk tu saje pun boleh...

Mkn dgn nasi panas lagi sodapppp....huhu

Korang masak peria ni mcmane?

Sini aku share cara aku masak peria ni...ikut resepi sndiri je...janji bleh telan..hahaha


Masak peria ni, sedap jgk kalo masuk cili merah yg besar tu...aku masuk cili padi nih sbb xde stock cili besar merah....hahaha

Actually peria nih bleh jgk jadi ubat utk silau mata tau...Buktinya pd Hata...Hari tu masa nk buat spek mata baru, silau Hata byk kurang...sbb ade 1 masa tu kami kerap mkn sayur peria ni...

Korang mgkn boleh try...

    Sedapnya.. kebetulan pula dekat rumah ni pun ada 2 biji peria. Goreng dengan telur ni

    Sekarang banyak orang buat peria goreng.. nampak macam sedap je, tapi tak pernah merasa sayur peria
