PRAWN DUMPLING

As Salam

Lepas masak gulai lemak daging salai atas pan, berkerajinan lagi aku kome. Aku jugak buat prawn dumpling. Aku jumpa udang yang dah siap bersiang cuma belum buang kulit & kepala. JAdi aku defrost lepas tu teringat pulak ada beli kulit dumpling. Jadi...Bukak fon, google cara buat prawn dumpling. Ngam. Semua bahan ada. Let's gooooo...
Udang ada 6 ekor je - dicincang
- minyak bijan
- kicap cair
- lada putih
- bawang utih
- halia
- gula
- garam
- tepung jagung
Gaul sebati semuanya...
Aku buat gini aje kome. Dapat la dalm 10 pcs kot.
Masak dalam periuk kecik aje kome.
Ini pun aku tak makan. Che mek & Ammar amik 2 pcs sorang.
Aku lupa nak try sebab lepas siap semua ni baru terasa penatnya 😁

Alhamdulillah berjaya jugak habiskan stock & masak apa yang tekak nak. 

Korang dah ready nak balik kampung ke tu?😁
