Ade sorg customer nie dtg monavie...1st time dtg dh buat hal..ko dh tau ko nk bli smp 17 cases yg rege more than 5k & tau transaction ko 1 day..bleh smp 5k jer utk withdraw...ape kes hari nk bli baru ko nk withdraw sumer???..bangang x???..lps tu siap berlagak ckp..I bleh buat transction 15K/ day..5K utk w/draw..5K swipe...5K trf..
ade aku kesah???biala smp 50k skali pon..kalo ko x dpt byr..cases x kluar..itu jer...ho3

lps tu ko nk samekn HQ dgn distributor center...cirit la weh..
- ko patut bersyukur la kiteorg accept cash...
- HQ x terima cash walau ko bwk 1 guni pon...
- HQ just accept crdt card ajo..
tp kalo ade yg accept aku x sure la..sbb aku pon mmg sokmo contact dgn PIC dlm HQ tu..kalo ko stakat deal dgn upline..jgn nk blagak boleh???

2nd time
downline die dtg..mule2 ckp nk bli 15 cases..
aku x kesah..kiteorg lg suke sbb sale masyuk 4 that day.. =)

tp bleh plk ko ckp nk byr separuh2 utk 1 cases..lagi la cili...ape upline ko x brief ke method pymnt mcmane???..then d/line die kol la si upline nie..trus kasik fon kat aku...

time die ckp mcm tu trus air muke aku berubah tahan marah...tp dgn adenyer customer svc skill yg 6 tahun nie..aku still senyumkn muke..aku tau 1 of her member nmpk perubahan tu..tp aku buat dono sbb lps abih ckp..aku x muncung..ckp mcm biase..ki3

arahan upline???..aku persetankan sajo...

then aku trus sound direct secare profesional kat d/line viva tu...

"sy bkn x mo tlg..tp kiteorg just accept 1 pymnt for 1 cases...so kalo boleh u cari la alternatif lain utk cukupkn amount 1 cases nie...kami kat sini xde acc m2u yg bleh u trfkn.."

Last2..cukup jgk balance yg x cukup...die korek2 dlm handbag...settle for that day...

3rd time
Downline dtg lg...this time cash cukup 2K++ utk bli 5 cases...dgn sndiri d/line tu btau..cip ATM kad die yg prblm...so dieorg dh tukarkn dgn yg baru...

time nie aku rase mcm nk mnt die kol upline & btau..kes aritu bkn prblm dr kami..tp dr d/line tu sndiri..tp aku ckp dlm hati aje la sbb aku tau bkn salah d/line..tp upline yg x pandai nk lead...

Pd aku..walau ko bli 100 cases skali pon..boleh x jgn nk bg arahan mcmkn MDC nie cikai sgt...???

~ jgn igt keje admin nie bodo sgt..
~ jgn igt admin nie x penah dok KL smpkn ko nk berlagak dgn sumer harta yg ade ko nk canang...
~ jgn igt admin nie xde experience nk handle customer mcm ko...yg lebih teruk pon aku penah hadap la...

~ jgn igt admin nie akan ikot je ape ko ckp mcm lembu kene tarik hidung...


smpkn d/line tu sndiri mcm siket merungut pasal die..
tp aku senyum aje tiap kali die merungut...
itu hal kau dgn upline kau..xde kene mngene dgn aku...

aku mmg x paham dgn sesetengah org yg mcm nie...kot ye pon jgn la kondem org smp mcm tu skali...mcmkn ko fikir kami MDC nie sgt worst..ZERO knowledge...

so pd yg kayaaaa mcm customer aku nie...
x yah la nk berlagak sgt yer...at least try solved sndiri dulu..kalo btol2 x bleh baru la bersuara & kalo btol2 staff tu x bagus..tegur la elok2...

..nnt mati harta x ikot korng ke lubang kubur...
..nnt mati harta x doakan utk korang...
..nnt mati harta x disusun disekeliling korng dlm kubur...

andai nasib korng x baik..org lain dgr & niat sesuatu yg x baik..jgn salahkn org lain..tp salahkn diri sndiri yg x sayang mulot...ki3
